Instant Pot Beef Potato Soup

My husband and I have been craving soup lately. I experimented with our new Instant Pot and ended up with a quick and easy hearty soup. I like the use of frozen diced potatoes and canned carrots especially on a week night when I do not want to spend much time prepping.
